Using the Patch Tool

 The Patch Tool is essentially a lasso tool. You select the area to be reapired by drawing around it.

 In the menu bar there arre some options: Source and Destination.

Source means that you are repairing the area selected by the Patch Tool. With Source selected,  as you drag the selection away it shows what the repair will look like and cahnges it when you release the mouse button.

 Destination means that you select an area of clean (skin) then drag it to the area you want  to repair.
