UPDATE (as of 10 December 2010): I have decided to use the ballerina in the front cover and the two inside covers and the music box in the front cover, back cover and inside cover. The musical notes will still be used.
UPDATE (as of 18 December 2010): There will be 6 inside covers. The ballerina will be in 5 pages, the music box in 4 pages and the musical notes in 1 page.
